The aim of the research is to create a collaboration between forest owners, forest managers, biorefinery companies, scientists and manufacturers of innovative end products that use natural substances in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and to develop an assessment of the applicability of spruce needle greens based on its comprehensive chemical analysis.
