The aim of the study is to carry out a feasibility study identifying at least 15 innovative products with high added value that can be obtained by processing cultivated plants or their fruits; perform an ecodesign analysis for alternative bioproducts defined by JSC Latvija's State Forests; prepare and justify a list of the most promising new products.
