Researcher of LSFRI "Silava" Baiba Krivmane participated in the Conference "Innovative Woody Plant Cloning", organized by COST CA21157 European Network for Innovative Woody Plant Cloning (COPYTREE). Conference was held in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) on April 15–20.
Researcher Baiba Krivmane presented the Study Differentially expressed conserved microRNAs in mature and rejuvenated silver birch in vitro propagated tissues in the Congress.
More than 100 participants – doctoral students, researchers and professors from scientific institutes and universities from 26 countries: Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey and Ukraine attended the Conference to share the experience and knowledge about the most suitable growing conditions for different tree species in vitro, used growth regulators and molecular markers.
